In einer Steinmühle wird das Getreide gemahlen. Маленькая пекарня прямо в середине старого города Цесиса. Здесь выпекаются хлеб с латвийской цельнозерновой эко-полба, эко-овес, эко-гречиха, эко-ячмень. Хлеб из натуральной закваски. Зерно измельчают в каменной мельнице.
